If you are an owner looking to rehome your dog you may apply with us.

Know that filling out an application is not a guarantee that we will be able to take every and any dog into our program.

We are a non-profit rescue, we do not have a facility we operate sticky out of foster homes.

To rehome a dog, we have to have a foster home open, and funding for any medical, training, or other requirements the dog might have.

Please be aware; if you adopted your dog from another rescue you should, contact them first. Most dog rescues require you to return the dog to them if you are unwilling or unable to care for it anymore.

Hearts 4 Paws is a non-profit organization run by volunteers whose shared goal is to rescue, provide sanctuary, and ultimately to re-home abandoned, stray, and neglected animals. We never discriminate on the basis of health, age, or breed.
